Aside from having the correct training and nutrition program, the level of communication between the coach/client is very important. It is what makes the difference between clients who successfully reach their goals and those who don't.  

 

When working with you as a client we will cover your full training program in the gym along with nutrition. Every session will be tracked and we ensure communication is on a consistent basis with unlimited client interaction"

Personal Training Experience & Background

My background in personal training extends over the past 8 years having worked between online personal training and gym based personal training. After launching his first online coaching business in 2020, I realised there was immediate need for quality based coaching in the fitness industry.

Alongside online coaching I have also worked in numerous gym environments over the past 8 years dealing with a wide range of people with different levels of ability and experience, age and medical history. During this period Graham organised and taught hundreds of fitness programs, classes and on-site informational events. 

 

My qualifications (MSc, BSc, NCSC) and ongoing work in the fitness industry have cemented my passion and drive to help people succeed towards their fitness goals.
