Working With Graham as Your S&C Coach
" Whether working with an individual athlete or a full team, my main aim is to understand each individuals current level of movement/strength relevant to their sport, position and how that relates to the key skills and movements necessary in their chosen sport".
Building each athletes strength involves determining their current athlete profile and testing on a continuous basis to ensure adaptation and progression. When working with a team/group I always ensure we start on a positive note and create a schedule that aligns with the teams/groups training and games"


Strength & Conditioning Coaching Experience
I began my strength & conditioning journey coaching youth athletes in athletics and GAA in primary schools in 2017. Progressing to coaching elite level national team and amateur cyclists on their strength & conditioning programs during the winter season and working on maintenance programs during the racing season.
I also worked with university Sigerson GAA players on their in-season S&C routine before continuing to work with Athlone Town FC, a League of Ireland Youth Team in their Pre-Season preparation before becoming Lead S&C coach at Limerick FC. While completing an award winning MSc Sports Performance in University of Limerick, I was involved in research and strength and conditioning sessions with the Munster Rugby first team gaining invaluable experience in strength & conditioning, performance nutrition and sports science. I am passionate about combining practical experience with evidence based coaching.
